Milk & Honey was created from a dream to bring refined pastry craftsmanship to Galveston Island. Founder Bethany Boedicker honed her skills for more than a decade, earning national recognition while crafting desserts at Moody Gardens. Now, she brings that same passion for perfection to every loaf, tart, and cake here in town.
