About Bethany Boedicker
Founded by award-winning pastry chef Bethany Boedicker, Milk & Honey honors the art of baking with a focus on quality ingredients, bold flavors, and creative craftsmanship. Bethany is a two-time World Food Championships Dessert Champion and the 2024 Overall World Food Champion, bringing national recognition and years of expertise from her time as Executive Pastry Chef at Moody Gardens. Her journey from Ohio to Galveston has been fueled by a passion for creating memorable desserts and a belief that every pastry should feel special.
